Conference madness has begun...

I'm planning a couple of dispatches from APAP (if you want to know what's likely to be hot in the next couple of years, you come here.)

Unfortunately,staying here means missing IAJE, the big jazz conference, which is taking place this year in chilly Toronto. This means that I must rely on reports on this front from MMFCC. (He raved last night about Darcy James Argue's Secret Society show.)
